How it works
Buy For Me — from UK and EU stores
- Send us the product link (or a screenshot), size, colour and quantity.
- We check that the item can be bought and sent to you, then send a quote: item price, our service fee, delivery and any customs estimate.
- You approve the quote and pay in the app. Nothing is bought before you approve.
- We buy the item. It arrives at our hub, where we check it and take photos.
- We send it to you and you can follow every step in the app.
Shops — from the Kurdistan Region and our own store
- Choose items in the Shop tab. Every item shows who sells it.
- At checkout you see each parcel with its delivery charge and estimate, and you can add a promo code.
- After you pay, the shop confirms your items. We collect them, check them at our hub and pack them.
- Delivered? You can rate the item. Something wrong? Ask for a return or report a problem from the order.
Good to know
- Customs duty and import VAT shown before payment are estimates. If the real amount is different, we ask you before charging anything more.
- Some items cannot be sent (for example dangerous goods, or items a route or country does not allow). We check every order and tell you before you pay.
- Items from different shops or warehouses travel as separate parcels and may arrive on different days.
